長者友善屋苑量表 – 長者友善屋苑計劃 (e-carers.org)

我們有幸出席2024年5月31日,

老年學會主辨, 賽馬會長者友善屋苑計劃總結暨頒獎禮, 當中老年學會提及,

長者友善屋苑量表 (18項元素及50個專項), 獲益良多, 在此供大家參考:

1. 定期為長者提供健康檢查及醫療服務 Provide regular health service for elderly

2. 提供生活及社區資訊予長者 Provide the information of daily living and community information for elderly

3. 支援長者日常生活Assist with the daily living of elderly

4. 理解長者需要及特別情况 Understand the needs and special condition of  elderly

5. 提供適合長者室內環境 Provide a suitable indoor environment for elderly

6. 提供適合長者戶外環境 Provide a suitable outdoor environment for elderly

7. 連結物業管理提升服務長者質素 Linking property management to improve service quality for the elderly

8. 建結社區服務提供多元服務 Connecting community services to provide a variety of services

9. 建結社區義工組識增加長者支援網絡 Connecting with volunteer services to enhance the supporting network for elderly

10. 提供交通配套方便長者出入 Provide transport facilities for the elderly to go out

11. 提供及檢視公共設施適切長者需要 Providing and examining the public facilities to meet the needs of elderly

12. 重建舊邨及區域 Rebuild old estates and districts
    

13. 設立長者就業職位 Create employment positions for elderly

14. 建立尊重及安全的長者社區 Establish a respectful and safe community for elderly

15. 建立安全的長者社區 Establish a safe community for elderly

16. 提倡鄰里關顧文化 Promote a culture of neighbourhood care

17. 提升關愛長者文化 Promote a culture of caring for elderly

18. 提升「老有所用」文化 Promote the sense of worthiness among elderly
